Print Quality

The Zebra ZC350 offers advanced print capabilities alongside adding a higher level of security to cards. Print single or dual-sided cards in 300dpi resolution, edge-to-edge, monochrome or full-colour.

The ZC350 works with new pearlescent ribbons which embeds colour-shift graphics, making counterfeiting near impossible. Make your logos and text stand out with 3D effects and even embed watermark graphics onto the cards that can only be seen under UV light, making cloned cards easy to spot.

Reliability

The Zebra ZC350 comes with a two-year warranty on both printer and printhead to assure complete quality and durability.

Ease of Use

For complete ease of use, Zebra has created the ZC350 with all the features necessary for trouble-free printing. With an intuitive interface, instructions are clear, and you can even see a preview of your card before printing, eliminating the need to print test cards.

The fool-proof ribbon design enables quick ribbon changes, and the effortless manual card feeder not only guides the user through the process but also adjusts to the thickness to each card, reducing time spent manually adjusting.

Alongside this, the new hopper design allows cards to be loaded and unloaded quickly. The saloon-style output doors enable you to easily take out the cards and, the input and output hoppers can be emptied and refilled at the same time due to having the same card capacity.

Ease of Setup

The ZC350 is perfectly designed to work straight away without a complicated set-up. Simply take it out the box, plug in and start printing. No instructions needed.

Security

The Zebra ZC350 printer cover lock prevents any theft of card stock or rejected cards which is essential when the printer is held in a public area.

To tackle card security, the ZC350 works with pearlescent ribbons, UV and watermark film to make counterfeited cards easy to spot and help reduce card cloning. The ZC300 also comes with AES data encryption to protect sensitive data during printing while advanced security features enable a main host to grant and deny printer access, stopping any unauthorised devices using the printer.

Encoding

Personalise your Zebra ZC350 printer with an upgrade to suit your needs. The option of magnetic strip encoding with both high and low coercivity allows you to store cardholder data onto your cards, perfect for time and attendance tracking. You can also choose to add third-party contactless encoding to your printer, enabling you to create contactless access control cards.

Card Type

The Zebra ZC350 prints edge-to-edge on standard CR80 credit-card sized cards. The materials it can print onto include PVC, PVC composite and even adhesive back and writable back cards.

Size

The Zebra ZC350 has a compact design to fit onto desks without taking up any space. Its exact dimensions are 25.8cm (H) x 15.7cm (W) x 38.3cm (L), and it weighs 4kgs with the dual-sided model weighing slightly more at 4.4kgs.

Appearance

The monochrome black colour ensures the ZC350 inconspicuously blends into any environment while the thin, compact design allows it to neatly fit onto a desk.

Printer Type

The Zebra ZC350 is a dye-sublimation thermal transfer direct-to-card printer (DTC). Direct-to-card printing prints the design directly onto the card for a glossy, clear finish and prints in both monochrome and full-colour.

Print Speed

The Zebra ZC350 is faster than any other Zebra printer, perfectly designed for printing large volumes of cards. It can produce a massive 1,000 single-sided monochrome cards per hour or 225 single-sided full-colour cards per hour.

Connectivity

The Zebra ZC350 comes with built-in 10/100 Ethernet and USB connection as standard which allows stand-alone printing and multiple user access. The optional upgrade to Wi-Fi connectivity increases user flexibility and allows you to print anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection.
